Women's Sabbath Days are designed for local (Central Ohio) women to have a day away from their regular routine.  Some guidance and enforced silence is given.   Optional Activities include Group Spiritual Direction and a closing drumming session.  All are gathered around a home made vegetarian lunch at the Communal Table.  Several private spaces are available for reading, meditation, or a nap!

Group is limited to 8 women.  Sabbath Days are held at 2696 Wellesley Drive in Upper Arlington, and are facilitated by Deborah Ling.

Fall 2008 Days are Friday, September 5 and Friday, December 5.  Cost is $50, reservations must be prepaid by one week prior to Sabbath Days.  Send to:
